Shipping Policy

Shipping is available only within the United States.

This includes APO and PO Boxes. Please allow extra time in transit for orders going to non-contiguous United States addresses, such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Tracking notifications will be sent when the order is processed. A separate notification will be sent once the order is shipped.

Offered shipping methods:

Orders under $150 = $10 Standard Shipping
Orders over $150 = Free Standard Shipping

$25 2-Day Shipping
$50 Overnight Shipping

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 24-72 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed on the following business day. Time in transit does not include processing times.

Time in Transit (excluding weekends and holidays)

Standard = 4-8 Business Days
2-Day = 2 Business Days, by end of day
Overnight = 1 Business Day, by end of day

Time in transit begins once the package is handed to the carrier.

The ARC Innovations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control.

For address change requests, missing packages, stolen packages, or deliveries to be held for pickup, please reach out directly to the carrier.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. The ARC Innovations will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.
