Below are some test motions that you can perform before and after you put on your Tibi/o.

 

If there is a change in the outcome of your test motion, then congrats! Your Tibi/o is properly positioned. If you do not recognize any difference, try redoing the steps to see if a change occurs.

Seated Straight Leg Raise

Seated in a long seated position without hand support, lift one leg as high as possible without shifting in the spine.

Test both sides to check for difference.

You can also try slightly rotating your foot inwards and lift the leg without rotating outwards.

Double-legged Squat

Stand with feet positioned within the width of your shoulders.

 

Squat downward without lifting up your heels.

In a seated or standing position, passively pull the knee into flexion.

Place in a delicates bag for machine wash.

Use cold water.
