Return Policy

​1. Trial Period
The 30-day risk-free trial begins on the date of delivery. You have 30 days to try the Tibi/o Sleeve. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the product within this period for a full refund.

2. Eligibility
This trial is available to customers purchasing directly through our official ARC Innovations website or authorized partners. Only one risk-free trial per customer is allowed. The trial is applicable only to the first purchase of a Tibi/o Sleeve.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [support@arcinnovations.com] with your order number. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.

4. Condition of Return
The Tibi/o Sleeve must be returned in its original condition, with no significant damage or wear beyond normal use. Please include all original packaging and accessories (if applicable). We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product is returned damaged or incomplete.

5. Refund
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt.

7. Exclusions
The 30-day risk-free trial does not apply to products purchased during special sales or sales events, unless otherwise stated. Custom orders are also not eligible for this trial.

8. Modification and Termination
ARC Innovations reserves the right to modify or discontinue the 30-day risk-free trial offer at any time without notice. Any changes will not affect previous orders placed during the active trial period.
