    It actually works

    This was recommended to me by my PT, and I was initially skeptical. I've noticed real improvements though over the course of the past two months. It'd be so easy to say it's not worth it given that it costs so much...but it's worth it lol. In terms of critical feedback, the second velcro on the big strap comes loose quite easily even if I don't do it so tight. I've overcome this by using the accessory strap to velcro on top of the second strap's velcro.
